What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ADGA?

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be managing several requisitions at once, engaging with top talent in various skillsets and ensuring our corporate objectives are aligned to your day to day tasks.  You will be empowered to use creative ways to attract and acquire diverse technical talent to meet our pipeline and active public sector client needs.  The successful individual will be fluent high volume full-cycle talent acquisition for IT talent in public sector projects/programs.  Our business structure supports a strategic partnership between our TA specialist’s and Account Executive’s to ensure an effective client delivery model.

  • Enhancing and developing relationships with technical professionals, internal and external clients
  • Increasing ADGA brand recognition amongst job seekers & potential clients
  • Contributing to projects such as: Events/Job Fairs, Recruitment Branding, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement and Implementations, Diversity and Inclusion, Mentorship, Co-op/Campus Recruitment, Team Building & Philanthropy

 

Education and Experience: 

 

  • Education: Post-Secondary Program related to HR, Sales and/or Business Management
  • 4 – 6 Years of Experience in: Recruitment & Business Development considering transferable skills related to relationship management, leadership, networking & professional services
  • Technical Skills: CRM/ATS experience such as BullHorn, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board platforms, digital marketing/social media platforms
  • Recruitment: IT related skills in network infrastructure and software skillsets related to federal government client projects/programs related to Defence specifically
  • A combination of education and experience with the proven ability to perform the job tasks may be accepted.
  • Bilingualism in French & English will be considered an asset
