What does it mean to be a Talent Management Coordinator at ADGA?

You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the talent management programs, policies and services related to employment documentation, contracts, corporate orientation and onboarding, personnel classification, compensation, benefits, performance management, training and professional development.  This position will also support the development of talent management policies, programs, procedures and services across the Company.

Education & Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3  years of Human Resources experience, this position requires an organized individual with strong knowledge of administrative and Human Resources procedures normally acquired through formal education in Human Resources, and proven work experience. 
  • Education:   Minimum of a College Diploma in Human Resources, a university degree is preferred. 
  • A combination of education and experience with the proven ability to perform the job tasks may be accepted.
  • Bilingual in French & English fluently to read, write, edit policies, communications and other tasks to support your responsibilities in this role.
