We are currently looking for an Ordnance Engineering Specialist for one of our opportunities in the National Capital Region.



  • Providing technical services relating to military weapons systems.
  • Providing expertise in Hardware (Ordinance), Weapons/Ammunition Interface and Guided Weapons Systems
  • Providing support to the Tank Replacement Project (TRP) as Subject Matter Expert
  • Providing Ordnance Engineering Systems support to Project management Office
  • Make recommendations based on Ammunition and Explosives Test and Evaluation (T&E) as they pertain to protection of Personnel and Equipment caused by Explosive Blast events


Requirements (experience/skills/clearance):

  • A Qualified Ammunition Technical Authority (QATA) designation
  • Government of Canada security clearance at the SECRET LEVEL
  • A University degree from a recognized Canadian University


 Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of light armoured vehicles or Canadian battle tanks such as Leopard II Main Battle Tank (MBT)
  • Knowledge and exposure to Multi-Mission Effect Vehicle (MMEV) ammunition systems
