We are currently looking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an internal role based out of our head office in the National Capital Region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and assessing candidates for both full time and contract opportunities.
  • Screening resumes, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to corresponding client managers.
  • Importing and updating candidates in the ATS from social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Updating the ATS/Bond Adapt on an ongoing basis with CVs and notes provided by the TAC Team.
  • Qualify candidates based on sourcing results, pre-screen candidates and create lists. 
  • Perform detailed reference checks on potential hires.
  • Updating and creating various recruitment metric spreadsheets. 
  • Maintain and accurately track candidate interactions in a recruitment database.
  • Participate in recruitment team meetings and inter-departmental meetings. 
  • Update the Recruitment Policy and Procedures binder.
  • Assisting in the creation of recruitment process flow diagrams.
  • Updating the weekly reports
  • Other duties as required.

 

 

 

 Requirements (experience/skills/clearance):

  • Language: English Essential (Bilingual in French and English is preferred)
  • Security Clearance: Reliability with eligibility to obtain a Secret level clearance
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, Intermediate to Advanced Level in Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for this position.
  • Must be a good listener with an approachable demeanour.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate activities, multi-task with changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
