We are currently looking an Installation & Service Coordinator for one of our opportunities in the National Capital Region.

The Installation Coordinator reports to the Director, Service Delivery.  He/she is responsible for coordinating installations in accordance with client and company requirements.  This position will assist with a variety of operational tasks to ensure smooth operations and service efficiency.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtains, analyzes and verifies the accuracy of order information in a timely manner.
  • Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Coordinates with the Director, Service Delivery the scheduling of technicians for ongoing service and new installations.
  • Assist Account Executives with sales related activities, inside sales opportunities from service efforts.
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and prepare requisitions for replenishment, as required.
  • Tracking of inventory traffic including RMA's and on-loan assets.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members through respect, honesty, commitment, growth, balance, an open mind, humility, authenticity, and open communication.

 

Requirements (experience/skills/clearance):

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years working in similar job environment.
  • Language: Bilingualism is mandatory
  • Security Clearance: Candidate to be able to be PWGSC Secret Cleared at a minimum.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).  
  • Experience with ERP software (Servicentre preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record. Occasional pick up/deliveries.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Le/La Coordonnateur/trice de l’installation rapporte au Directeur, Prestation de services.  Il/elle est responsable de la coordination des installations conformément aux exigences du client et de l’entreprise. Ce poste facilitera diverses tâches opérationnelles pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations et l’efficacité du service.

 

 

Responsabilités:

  • Obtient, analyse et vérifie l’exactitude des informations de commande dans le temps exigé.
  • Initie et /ou met en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires pour s’assurer qu’une excellente qualité de service et un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle sont maintenus.
  • Coordonne avec le directeur de Prestation de services, la planification des techniciens pour les services en cours et les nouvelles installations.
  • Assister les responsables de compte dans les activités liées aux ventes, en intégrant les opportunités de vente issues des efforts de service.
  • Surveiller les articles de l’entrepôt et préparer les demandes de réapprovisionnement, selon les besoins.
  • Ordre de travail précis et écritures financières pour toutes les transactions requises.
  • Traitement efficace des commandes.

 

 

Exigences (expérience/compétences/ dégagement):

 

  • Expérience: Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire.
  • Language: Bilinguisme est obligatoire
  • Cote de Sécurité:  Le candidat doit pouvoir obtenir une autorisation secrète de TPSGC minimum.
  • Connaissance de la Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Expérience avec le logiciel ERP (Servicentre de préférence)
  • Permis de conduire valide avec un bon dossier de conduite. Cueillettee et livraisons occasionnellee.
